A2 INDUSTRIAL GLAND

A2 Glands are cable glands designed to be weatherproof and suitable for use with all types of unarmoured cables. They can be employed in corrosive conditions when protected by shrouds. The gland entry is rated at IP66 when combined with SES entry thread seal. The PCP displacement seal ensures an effective seal (IP66) to the outer sheath, making it easy and fast to install. These glands are suitable for a wide range of environments and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

  • A2F is specifically designed for situations where it is crucial to provide either an IP66 or an explosion-proof seal on the outer sheath.
  • Accessories such as shrouds, earth tags, lock nuts, and SES entry thread seals are available. Entry threads are provided in metric thread as standard, with other thread forms like BS conduit, BSP, NPT, and PG available upon request.
  • Sizes are available from M16 to M100, and the glands are manufactured according to BS6121 PT-1, 1989, using brass as the standard material.

XT INDUSTRIAL GLAND

BW TWO PART GLAND
